Orders
How long does it take to process my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee cancellation after processing has begun, we'll make every reasonable effort to assist you.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to help.
Shipping
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
My package shows as delivered, but I can't find it. What should I do?
Please check around your delivery location, with household members, or nearby neighbors. If you're still unable to locate your package, contact us and we'll gladly help you work with the shipping carrier.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
Yes. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please review our Returns & Refund Policy for complete details.
Which items cannot be returned?
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used personal care or hygiene products, personalized items, or gift cards.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 4 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll review your request and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Are the products exactly the same as shown in the photos?
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. Because some items may vary slightly by supplier or due to product updates, minor differences may occasionally occur while maintaining the same quality and purpose.
